1. The service
ChaseFlow is an AI-powered invoice chasing tool that automates payment reminder emails to your clients on your behalf. The service is provided via app.chaseflow.co.uk and operated by WealthFlow Agents Ltd ("we", "us", "ChaseFlow").
We are not a debt collection agency. ChaseFlow sends polite, professional reminder emails — it does not take legal action or contact third parties other than your specified client email address.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and based in the United Kingdom to use ChaseFlow.
- You sign in via a magic link sent to your email address — no password is required or stored.
- You are responsible for keeping your email account secure. Notify us immediately at hello@chaseflow.co.uk if you believe your account has been compromised.
- Each account is for a single user or business. You may not share accounts.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use ChaseFlow only for legitimate, lawful invoice chasing. You must not:
- Send reminder emails to people who do not owe you money
- Use ChaseFlow to harass, intimidate, or threaten any person
- Upload files containing malware or malicious content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service
- Use the service on behalf of others without their knowledge and consent
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
4. Your data and content
You retain full ownership of all invoice data and files you upload to ChaseFlow. By using the service you grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share your clients' contact details with us for the purpose of sending payment reminders. By uploading a client's email address you confirm this.
5. AI-generated emails
Reminder emails are drafted using AI (OpenAI GPT-4). You are responsible for reviewing emails before sending via the Tone Preview modal. ChaseFlow does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legal compliance of AI-generated content. We strongly recommend reviewing any final notice or firm-tone emails before dispatch.
6. Plans and billing
Free plan: Up to 3 active invoice chases at any time, at no cost. No credit card required.
Pro plan: Unlimited invoice chases for £5/month (early access pricing). Billed monthly via Stripe. Prices may change — we will give 30 days' notice of any increase.
Cancellation: You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time via Stripe. You will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
Free tier limits: We reserve the right to adjust free plan limits. We will give reasonable notice of any reduction.
7. Availability and service levels
We aim to keep ChaseFlow available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced where possible. We are not liable for losses caused by service unavailability.
Automated chasing emails are sent on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee delivery to your client's inbox — email deliverability depends on factors outside our control.
8. Limitation of liability
ChaseFlow is a tool that assists with invoice follow-up. We are not responsible for:
- Whether your clients pay their invoices
- Any business or financial losses you suffer due to unpaid invoices
- Delays or failures in email delivery caused by third-party email providers
- Any disputes between you and your clients
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of ChaseFlow is limited to the total fees you have paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Intellectual property
ChaseFlow, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by WealthFlow Agents Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will notify you by email of any material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
